These trans fats can raise the bad LDL cholesterol and lower the good HDL cholesterol. They also may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, strokes and diabetes. These trans fats were likewise included to foods to extend the life span of specific foods, just like preservatives are contributed to extend shelflife. These are very, extremely bad fats!
